Sticks constantly

This used to be a challenging game but it has a problem. The moves stick and are slow. When the game parts get closer to the to, the moves hesitate (stick) and move in a diff. Direction than called for. It is frustrTing. Hope you can fix it. The player has no control, thus no reason to play.
